CONTRACT LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS All Contracts now have Mandatory Tier II Reporting Requirements Monthly reporting for Construction Contracts is a requirement and pre-condition for payment. Quarterly reporting for goods and supplies contracts will be required. 6
