CONTRACT LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS  All Contracts now have Mandatory Tier II Reporting Requirements  Monthly reporting for Construction Contracts is a requirement and pre-condition for payment.  Quarterly reporting for goods and supplies contracts will be required. 6
