 The more participation you have the more opportunities you have for success.  It takes a community to grow a successful CLCP.

 City and Local Governments can provide you with a variety of support. Classroom space is provided by our county commissioner. We partner with our city and local Optimist Club for our Halloween Walk---Stay in School Incentive and GED information.

 Local Media offers a way to get your name out. To let people in your community know what is going on and how they can help. Summerville News Chattooga Radio 1180 Local TV Most of the time it takes work from you, but ours have always been happy to help us out.

 Partnering with both our school systems, Chattooga County and Trion City has provided us with many new opportunities.  Dictionary Project for 3 rd Graders  “Bookcase Project”  Media Specialist Appreciation  Spellers for our Spelling BEE  New members on our council  Volunteers for our GED classes

 Local businesses can provide funding through grants or sponsorships or even donations. We have received grants from businesses like Mohawk. Smaller businesses in our community sponsor teams in our Spelling BEE each year.

 Meeting Rooms  Festival of Trees  Vacation Summer Reading Program  Computers

 Wonderful place for our Spelling Bee  Children participate in our activities  GED Graduation and Level Recognition
