Ordinance Ordinance (first reading) - Amending the fee schedule for Fire Department services to authorize reimbursement for emergency medical response services including fire suppression fees, motor vehicle collision response fees, emergency medical response fees, hazardous materials response fees, false alarm fees, inspection and plan review fees.

Resolution Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution No. R , passed June 4, 2013, to allow the Tax-exempt Refunding Bonds of 2013 to be used to refund and prepay the 2006 Lease Purchase Agreement identified in the original resolution.

Order authorizing the renewal of a Billing Agreement with Carter Professional Services, dba Medical Claim-Aid to perform billing and claims service for EMS transports, fire and rescue incidents, and fire department inspection and permit fees for a period of 6 years, renewable for 5 years, with an 8% billing fee. Order accepting the proposal of The EADS Group, Inc. to provide engineering services for the inspection and EAP Update of the Lake Gordon and Thomas Koon Dams (9-13-WFP) in an estimated amount not to exceed $32,000.
