Project 2: Test & Characterize Catalytic Aerogels Global Kinetic Modelling Skills: MATLAB, Thermo/Chemistry Acquire Catalytic Test Data & Work with MATLAB optimization program to model data. Work with Interdisciplinary Team (ME & CHEM)
Project 3: Energy Modeling of Aerogel Windows Skills: Software Run Software Simulations of houses/building with aerogel windows. Work with Interdisciplinary Team (ME & CHEM)
Others? Make Boats go faster (using Superhydrophobic Aerogels to reduce drag) Develop PIV/CFD Results of Flow Over RC Cars for use in MER 331 Will consider supervising fluids and heat transfer related projects of MOTIVATED students.
