Ordinance Ordinance (1st reading) - amending the City Code to provide for certain changes to the purchasing policy, and amending Rule 9 of the Rules and Regulations for the Government of the City Council to raise the limit for purchases requiring approval by formal Order from $15,000 to $25,000.

Order Order accepting the sole source proposal from The EADS Group for professional services associated with the selective demolition of buildings located on the Memorial Hospital Campus in an amount not to exceed $175,000.

Order Order accepting the sole source proposal from Cellebrite, USA to provide upgraded forensic equipment and related software and warranties for use by the C3I Department in an amount not to exceed $8,081.99, to be funded by Federal Forfeiture Funds.

Order accepting the sole source proposal from KONE, Inc. to remove from service nine (9) traction elevators and one (1) dumbwaiter at the Memorial Campus in an amount not to exceed $26, plus applicable taxes. Order

Order declaring a Hewlett-Packard large format scanner to be surplus equipment and authorizing its disposal.

Order Order - amending Order No. 25,148 to provide for costs for additional assistance from Turnbull, Hoover and Kahl, PA towards preparation of the audits and financial statements for FY12 in a total amount of up to $125,000; FY13 in an amount up to $127,500; and FY14 in an amount up to $130,000.

Order Order authorizing the execution of a Tower and Ground Space Lease with USCOC of Cumberland (US Cellular) for the use of the Haystack Mountain Water Tower with certain easement provisions for $1,850/month for an initial term of five (5) years with the option to renew for up to five (5) additional terms of five (5) years each; and providing for the execution of a Memorandum of Lease to evidence the provisions and terms of said Lease.
