sasken A communication software company based in India Provides research and development support to leading wireless vendors from its offshore centres A little bit of background information about Sasken, maybe add one more point to this. Characteristics of an International Project Attribute Sasken Organizations The organization has offshore sites in Japan, China, U.S and more Systems and Technology Mutliple systems that require local knowledge and support Society Multiple, varied cultures Company Culture Variations in each area due to local factor and history of the firm in each location This is the chart I sent to you guys when we first began looking for an internatinal project. I was thinking we could justify our project being international by saying how Sasken plays a role in each category. Can you change the description under the column Sasken to justify how the company represents an international project.

I think 6 slides should cover the 10 minutes I think 6 slides should cover the 10 minutes. Robert, please practice and make sure you get it within the time frame otherwise he will cut us off. I think we should be okay though. Also make sure you are ALL there on time because he is expecting to see the whole group at the presentation and everyone is responsible for knowing the details of the case.
