How will we do it? We can proceed with ProjectONE and: Have the capacity to pay debt on ProjectONE Continue to invest in routine capital needs, including renovating existing buildings Continue to invest in current faculty and staff and continue to recruit Continue to invest in patient care, research and education Meet our key metrics: EBIDA, Days Cash on Hand, Debt Service

Creates a platform for delivering personalized health care Increases coordination and integration of inpatient, outpatient and diagnostic services Integrates research and education activities into the clinical setting Meets patient needs and increases patient satisfaction by: –Providing single occupancy vs. multi-occupancy rooms for both the new space and the vacated space –Improving the overall patient experience Delivering Personalized Health Care
