Revision routines  The simple act of trying to remember ( recitation).  Most forgetting takes place within 24 hours.  The more frequent revision/ recitation is done, the more slowly forgetting takes place.  Don’t leave revision until before the exam.

Memorization routines  After lecture/tutorial/ lab session try to go over in your mind what the main point were.  Set aside a period every working day (at least 20 minutes) when you will quickly.
