Time Period Slide 3 – Time Period The time period or era when the composer wrote music (ex: Baroque, Classical, Romantic or 20 th Century) Dates labeling that time period (ex. Classical 1750 – 1800) Name at least two other composers from that time period Describe something interesting about that time period.
Training Slide 4 – Training Composers or musicians that they studied with if this applies How did they begin studying music Who influenced their desire to study music
Instruments and Style of Music Slide 5 Musical Instruments Instruments played by your composer Styles of music written (ex. Orchestral music-written for orchestra, chamber music written for small instrumental ensemble, etc) Give an explanation or definition for each style of music.
