Introduction Health needs to be protected. It very fragile and of factors can strongly affect it. But, observing some rules, it is possible to remain healthy.

Smoking Smoking is dangerous to the person. Smoking causes a cough, make teeth yellow, skin unhealthy, hair smell. Smoking affect the whole family and your social controls.

Drugs Drugs – the worst habit. From drugs the person becomes irritable, painful, it has mental frustration. For a dose the person is ready to give all.

Alcoholic drinks Drinking alcohol causes loss of memory, slow reactions, brain disease. Alcohol makes brain centres sleep and speech unclear.

Way to be rescued From these, and many other things habits of year from a year many people perish. The playing sports, a healthy food and refusal of bad habits will help to avoid problems with health and even will make you more happily.

Exercising I think, it is very intelligent kind of sport for clever thinking people. Doing sports a man become strong, healthy and gay. He begins to take care of his health.

Dieting A lot of fruit and vegetables keep your healthy. It is necessary to have breakfast in the morning. Limitation of the sweet and fat provide to you good state of health.

Personal hygiene Every day you should find any time for personal hygiene: to clean a teeth, to take a shower, wash.These actions will help to keep your skin healthy, the face pure, and the person.

Health is the most important thing.

"Health is the greatest wealth." wise people say. You can't be good at your studies or work well when you are ill.

First of all I'd like to speak about one of the health problems, health food.. We have no time to enjoy a home-cooked dinner with family and friends. We want to eat now and we want to eat fast.

If eat too much, we'll become obese, and obesity leads to heart disease diabetes and other serious illness. But unfortunately the world is getting fatter and fatter.

And it is also common knowledge that smoking and drinking can shorten our lives dramatically. Cigarette- smoking for example kills about 3 million people every year.

Most of us spend hours in front of computers and TV-sets. Few of us do morning exercises.

Research shows, however, that young people, who don't take enough exercise often suffer from heart attacks.

And to my mind people begin to understand that sport is necessary in our life.

Some people do it occasionally-swimming in summer, skiing or skating in winter-but many people go in for sports on a more regular basis.

Some people jog every morning, some play football.
