KLIMA FRESH Cleaning and Disinfection of Air Condition Systems

The Air Conditioning System is Alive Air Conditioning Systems, whether in a vehicle, in an office or in the home, are in operation nearly all the year round. They cool in the summer and during the colder times of the year they withdraw excess humidity from the air. To ensure free and healthy use of the air conditioning system, a regular maintenance program and cleaning has to take place.

The Air Conditioning System is Alive Air Conditioning systems are a breeding ground for : bacteria, fungi and other micro organisms that are projected into the room or vehicle interior by the evaporator fan. These germs, apart from the unpleasant moldy odor they spread, can cause allergic reactions with people and in particularly with children such as sneezing, coughing or running eyes.

Bacteria, Fungi, Micro Organisms Aspergillus nigarCandida albicansEscherichia Coli Pseudomonas aeruginosaProteus Rettgeri

These bacteria can cause… Aspergillus nigar - serious lung disease, fungal ear infections –Reference: Candida albicans – "yeast" infection –Reference: Escherichia Coli - bloody diarrhea, abdominal cramps, fever, red blood cells destroyed, kidneys failure –Reference: H7%20cause H7%20cause Proteus Rettgeri - urinary tract infections, resistant in vitro to all antibiotics tested –Reference: Pseudomonas aeruginosa – Ear & Eye infections, Bone and joint infections, Skin and soft tissue infections, etc –Reference:

Where does contamination originate? Internal Filter –The internal filter is one of the places where the micro organisms often like to settle. –It filters dirt, dust, pollen dust and germs. –The internal filter is easily accessible and can be exchanged quickly.

Where does contamination originate? Evaporator –The evaporator is situated directly in the air stream system and is not easy accessible. –This make the evaporator the ideal breeding grounds for bacteria and fungi cultures.

Air Conditioning System

Usual way of cleaning -Dismantle any related parts up to the evaporator -Clean the coil the manual way -This may takes hours

Klima Fresh – Clean & Disinfect -Klima Fresh cleans without having to dismantle the units, -Disinfects and absorbs odors, -Save time and manpower, -More effective,

Report from CTP Bacteria Killing rate up to 99.99% after 20 mins All these bacteria commonly appear in the cooling coil and the interior of the car
