Recruitment Process 1.Application 2.Testing 3.Interview

1. The Application Form

Format: Basic info + examples of skills demonstration Do: Answer all the questions & attach your CV Differentiate yourself – what makes you special? Don’t: Lie! Make spelling or grammatical errors Remember: The form represents YOU First impressions count!

2. Testing Numeracy & Literacy, or Psychometric

2. Testing P&G Format – 50 multiple choice reasoning questions Do: Read the questions carefully Manage your time Practice! Don’t: Leave gaps - 20% chance by guessing! Remember: To remain calm and manage your time carefully.

3. The Interview

Format 1:1 interviews, or Panel interviews Do: Be prepared – you (form, choices, skills examples), the Company (current affairs, finances, vacancies, brands) Be confident – you’ve got this far because you seem to have what it takes – convince them they’re right! Don’t: Be untidy, be unclear, be quiet! This is YOUR chance to shine – make the most of it! Remember: Its an opportunity to talk about yourself…….it’s easy!
