You cannot perform at the highest level without challenging yourself. Setting goals and targets should help to motivate you to achieve more. NB. Concentration During an activity, high level performers can pay closer attention to the more important factors than the less important factors. Lapses in concentration often occur due to tiredness, therefore work to rest ratio is an important factor to consider when training.
