 I argue these shifts can be explained by the ever increasing dominance of neoliberal ideology and values in economic policy and political debates.  Creating new products and markets  Austerity politics and privatization  However, these trends do not right the wrongs of stratified reproduction  Classed and race notions of womanhood  Unequal access to reproductive technologies HOW TO ACCOUNT FOR THESE SHIFTS
