Involving What is and how does it work? Difference between CC and Bcc Virus How to compress a large file? Advantages and Disadvantages

What is and how does it work?  is a popular communication tool used. It can not only send texts but attach files and photos.  To send and receive messages, it requires a server and the one shown below is a simple server:

Difference between CC and BCC  CC= Carbon Copy, which means the recipients would know who you have sent the message to.  BCC= Blind Carbon Copy, which means the recipients would not know who you have sent the message to.  BCC are usually used for business.

Virus  In some attachments, virus are hidden and you should have a virus scanner before you double click on the attachment so if there is virus in the attachment, it would either won’t let it open or make sure the virus is eliminated before opening.

How to compress a large file?  A file might be too large to be attached so you have to compress or zip the file.  For Windows XP and Vista users, to compress (zip) the file you will need to: Right-click on any file and select "Send to" and choose "Compressed (zipped) folder  For Mac either Control-click on the file and choose Create Archive (which is Apple-speak for “make a compressed ZIP file”). Or you can click on a file, then go to the Action menu (the button that looks like a gear up in the Finder window’s toolbar), and choose Create Archive from there. Either way, it quickly creates a new file, with the file extension “.zip.”

Advantages & Disadvantages AdvantagesDisadvantages can be and received instantly can be time consuming when misunderstanding occurs s don’t cost money and is easy to sign up can be impersonal s can be sent to a group at once. can involve virus and if a virus is not detected or you have no anti virus, your computer can be in danger Files can be sent such as pictures and documents Sensitive information can be easily be sent accidently.
