Supplier Change Request (SCR) Process

Supplier Change Request Process ECPS recognizes that changes made within the supply chain can adversely impact not only our production and product quality but the performance expectations of impacted products at our customers. Effectively managing change is therefore a requirement in being selected as a supplier to ECPS. Within our Supplier Quality Manual, we explicitly relate the requirements of notification, validation and pre-approval prior to the implementation of any permanent change that could impact the form, fit, function, durability, appearance, manufacturing process, inspection/test or interchangeability of the supplied component.
