Towards how do we get | #T2020 How do we attract new audiences? What skills do orchestral musicians need for 21 st century audiences & society? How should we train the next generation of musical leaders? What about employment and jobs in Europe? How do we persuade “non- audiences”? How do we relate our European situation to Global audiences & societies? How do we deepen the experience of current audiences? What would a model that was transferable to other sectors look like?
