IRC PUBLIC ACCESS The IRC is a part of the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy in Yerevan. The IRC mission is to provide authoritative, up-to-date information on American society, government, economy, history, and culture. The IRC is open to the public Monday- Friday from 13:00-18:00.
