„Recipe on dish of meat and sauerkraut”
1) Cabbage (sour) 2) Bacon, pork 3) Sausage s 4) Onion, garlic 5) Tomato pasta 6) Spices (salt, pepper) Preparation: Boil sauerkraut in a separate pot with 2 cups of water. Cut bacon, pork and sausages in small squares. Peal and chop the onion and garlic cloves. Fry everything together in a separate pan until golden brown. Combine in a tall pot all precooked ingredients. Add tomato paste and spices. Mix well and leave to stew for about 1 hour. Best served with fresh bread.
