Rec Lax Coaching Philosophy US Lacrosse “Double Goal Coach”:  Winning is important.  Learning life lessons is more important. Use USL skills learned  Parent meeting at beginning of season.  Player teaching and correction techniques.  Create an environment where mistakes are encouraged.

Rec Lax Coaching Philosophy Coaches are Challenged to get better at their craft.  Make lesser skilled players better.  Use positive coaching tools to better the experience for kids, parents, and you. – Bring back 100% of our kids next season, each season. – Keep experience positive for everyone.

Volunteers Needed Coaches Team Managers: – Uniform Coordination, scheduler, , website Next Year’s Coaches and Leaders – Boys Coordinator – Uniforms – Instructional Recruiting players and volunteers is an ongoing process, key to the success of the program. Use the sidelines this season to suggest people help out.
