Rec Lax Coaching Philosophy US Lacrosse “Double Goal Coach”:  Winning is important.  Learning life lessons is more important. Use USL skills learned  Parent meeting at beginning of season.  Player teaching and correction techniques.  Create an environment where mistakes are encouraged.

Rec Lax Coaching Philosophy Coaches are Challenged to get better at their craft.  Make lesser skilled players better.  Use positive coaching tools to better the experience for kids, parents, and you. – Bring back 100% of our kids next season, each season. – Keep experience positive for everyone.

Reschedules: Any practice shoot me an for field access Safety: – Protective gear on field at all times; throw/shoot on field only; don’t throw/shoot if someone doesn’t have gear. NO EXCEPTIONS. – Lightening – Play resume 30mins after last thunder – Concussion – Weather: snow/rain and/or under 40 degrees.

Use the sidelines this season to suggest people help out.
