The Internet is a vast inter-connected computer network around the world that allows the sending and travel of information through cables,and satellites. The Internet includes commercial, educational, governmental, and other networks, all of which use the same set of communications protocols. The World Wide Web is a system of extensively interlinked hypertext documents: a branch of the Internet.

The WORLD Wide Web is a blessing,we should be thanking to God for it. I t is one of this age miracles, not only scientific, but also social,cultural,economical,and religious.

Before the Internet Scattered information sources,gained through a lot of time,effort,and money poor communication between people around the world Library services were limited with fixed times. To meet life needs we had to travel a lot Information was not updated continuously

On the other hand,the Internet does not contain everything,it only has 5% of the world literature So We need to use other information sources as well.
