Monterey Peninsula Water Management District Annual Report MPWMD enabling legislation requires an annual report on the activities of the District A public hearing must be held in March of each year to consider the report The draft of 2004 report is included in Board packet starting on Page 163

Monterey Peninsula Water Management District Annual Report Recent years reports were: Approximately 15 pages long Prepared with help of consultants Only around 100 copies were distributed to area government agencies and local libraries

Monterey Peninsula Water Management District Annual Report The final report will be condensed to 4 pages and include additional graphs and photos The report will be completed entirely by staff except for printing The final report will utilize funds previously expended for consultants to more widely distribute the report to District constituents Copies will still be distributed to local libraries and governmental agencies The report will also be posted on the Districts website

Monterey Peninsula Water Management District 5 Recommendation Board should accept public comment on the draft report Direct District staff to finalize, produce and distribute the report Directors and others are requested to submit written comments by March 30, 2005 Report to be completed and distributed by approximately April 29, 2005
