Current Status Models are completed. –.stl files are ready. –Can be sent out for quotations. What is acceptable in a material? –CoCr is brittle. –Common Laser Sintering stainless steel materials are magnetic. –Titanium (Ti6Al4V) is an option. »Not “rated” for reaction temperature –Inconel 718 and 625 Plasma coating is in progress on test part and expected to be achievable. Part volume reduction of ~20% by material removal on slit parts achievable Part Volume reductions >80% achievable on solid parts 5
