Unsustainable Course with Technology Joe Palladino Khalfan Mohamed Saqer Saif Almehairbi Abdalla Saleh Al Mazookqi Bashayer Saad A Aldakkan Bashayer

Joe’s Most Important Things In Life Personal- To have a successful life and be able to provide for my family Social- To have a great wife and kids, and also keep in touch with my close friends from High School and College Material- To have my own house big enough for my family in a suburban area Work/Occupation- To be an engineer in a field that I enjoy working on everyday Recreation- Coaching my son’s baseball teams, and fishing with my friends frequently Political- Be active and up to date with the actions of both local and national government

America’s Paper Production Americans use paper everyday, whether it be through mail, work, school, or recreation, it is a huge part of our lives North America consumes more paper per capita (500 lbs) annually, than anyone else in the world. Paper production has the third highest energy usage of all the manufacturing industries (12% of energy of all sectors) Paper makes up 16% of all landfill waste which when decomposed it releases a methane gas Methane gas is 23 times more potent than carbon dioxide More than half of the world’s original forest is gone Every year we lose abut 32 million acres of forest globally. We are not replanting at a rate fast enough to sustain such production

Khalfan’s life Personal: I want to live happy and make the impossible, possible. Social Life: Stay in touch with my family and have a family of my own. Material Life: I want to keep up with new technology. Work: I want to have a good time and apply what I have learned. Recreation: Playing volleyball and horse riding. Recreation: Playing volleyball and horse riding. Political life: Stay up to date with government.

Oil Consumption Oil is the unsustainable resource that we rely on. It is used mainly for industrial processes, transportation, residential and electricity. The United States consumed a total of 6.87 billion barrels (18.83 million barrels per day) in Environmental pollution, Depleting ozone layer and increased CO2 emissions.

Most important things: Personal: to accomplish all the goals that I have planned for, make my family and parents proud, and giving back to the society by making a positive difference. Social life: to stay around my family as long as possible. Work: A job that I really enjoy doing, Recreation: Learn foreign languages, travel, visit new places and meeting new people, music.

Sustainable Energy Energy is the key aspect of sustainable development.

Sustainable Energy the three most important global problems: the provision of sustainable energy, the provision of affordable medicines, and the improvement of water efficiency in agriculture. the three most important global problems: the provision of sustainable energy, the provision of affordable medicines, and the improvement of water efficiency in agriculture. The present energy system is mainly based on fossil fuels. The present energy system is mainly based on fossil fuels.

Sustainable Energy The average household spent $1,800 on non-transportation related energy use in Of that, about $1,122 was spent on electricity, $471 on natural gas and $115 on fuel oil. Of that, about $1,122 was spent on electricity, $471 on natural gas and $115 on fuel oil. rticle_ID=22545

Sustainable Energy Many of the environmental problems we face face today result from our fossil fuel dependence. Many of the environmental problems we face face today result from our fossil fuel dependence. These impacts include global warming, air quality deterioration, oil spills, and acid rain. These impacts include global warming, air quality deterioration, oil spills, and acid rain.

Abdalla’s career goals - My career goal i s to be a mechanical engineer for a nuclear cooperation company back in United Arab Emirates, and the company name is (ENEC) which stands for Emirates Nuclear Energy Cooperation. - Social life : is to have a great job in the future, to built a family, and be in touch with the world.

Going through two main causes. - Global Warming. - Pollution.

Effects on the environment. - Global Warming : causes high temperature, iceberg breakaway, hurricanes, and increase precipitation. - Pollution : damage the ozone layer, dangerous for all living things on the planet.

Non-renewable resources. - We as people must develop and create new resources to prevent non-renewable resources from extinction. - Building new resources.
