Boil the lentil in a pot. Put the bulgur in another pan. Add the boiled lentil on the bulgur. Put the cover on the pan and wait 20 minutes.

Preparing the sauce: -Ingredients; 250 grams tomato paste, 120 grams finely chopped onion, 15 grams red pepper, 55 grams black pepper, 70 grams of salt, 180 grams oil (tea cup) -Roast the onions in olive oil in a small saucepan and add tomato paste, salt, black pepper and red pepper.

After 20 minutes, put newly prepared sauce on bulgur and lentil. Add parsley.

Mix all.

Make egg-sized balls from the mixture.

Finally, they are ready to serve
