Do you even know what a calorie is? Calories measure energy, heat energy in particular. One calorie is the energy you need to heat one gram of water by one degree Celsius. When you eat more calories than you can use, your body will store them as fat. This fat is a pain.

Like McDonalds for breakfast? Sausage Egg McMuffin: –3–342 calories Hash Brown : –1–136 calories Coffee: –4–40 calories TOTAL: 538 CALORIES!
