5 - What’s The Plan, Stan? 2.3 Witness the Fitness

Two elements: 1.Two week (minimum) training plan 2.Session planners/evaluation

Personal Training Programme You will need to produce a plan that could be picked up and used by another student Your two week (minimum) planner should outline: Any commitments you have in these weeks (school, other trainings, work, etc) Training sessions that you will be responsible for When & Where you will be training What type of training you will do in the sessions (i.e methods) Brief outline of your session (ie refer to Duration/Intensity) Any tests, goal checks, measurement data

Session Plans/Evaluation Each session that you are taking responsibility for must be planned in advance. You can either use the template supplied to you, or create your own. Each session should include: Method of training and duration/distance Venue/Location Equipment Required Warm Up Planned activity and planned rests Reference to training principles used Session monitoring Cool down A reflection/evaluation section.
