Greater Antilles A group of Caribbean islands comprising the Cayman Islands, Cuba, Hispaniola, Jamaica and Puerto Rico. Lesser Antilles A group of Caribbean islands comprising the Leeward Islands (Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Guadeloupe, Monserrat, Saba, St Eustatius, St Kitts and Nevis, St. Maarten/St Martin), the Virgin Islands, the Windward Islands and the small chain of Venezuelan islands east of Bonaire.
