Fryderyk Franciszek Chopin (b. February 22 or March 1, 1810 ↓ in Zelazowa Wola, d. Oct. 17, 1849 in Paris) - Polish composer and pianist. Since September 1831 he settled in France. Chopin is considered one of the most important Romantic composers, as well as one of the most important Polish composers in history. He was one of the most famous pianists of his time, often called the poet of the piano. Element characteristic of the works of Chopin is a deeper expression and stylistic patterns derive from Polish folk music.

Maria Salome Sklodowska-Curie (born November 7, 1867 in Warsaw, died July 4, 1934 in Passy) - physicist, chemist, twice winner of the Nobel Prize. In 1891, Maria Sklodowska went to the Polish (Polish Kingdom) to Paris to continue his studies at the Sorbonne (the Polish territories in the nineteenth century, women could not study, and even in France it was a rare [3]); then she developed her scientific career there. It was the forerunner of a new branch of chemistry - Radiochemistry. Her accomplishments include: development of the theory of radioactivity, radioactive isotope separation techniques and the discovery of two new elements - polonium and radium.
