The using of methods projects during the final lessons of physics The using of methods projects during the final lessons of physics Plan: Plan:  Introduction: HP ORT project in Tula, and local schools.  Physics in Russian schools.  The traditional teaching of physics without HP.  Master–class lesson: Conference: the final lesson with the topic «Electric–magnetic waves; the development of connection remedies in Russia.

 The Tula Educational Technological Center is the link in the partnership program of HP and ORT. The analogous centers were opened in 2002 in Diktal (the South Africa) and in 2004 in Slavutich (the Ukraine). The HP company finances the Tula Educational Technological Center in time of the global corporate beneficent and educational program of getting over the difference in possibilities of access to ICT. The project is reckoned upon three years, and will be realized by ORT and the administration of Tula. It’s main goal is to create the extended possibilities of access to technologies and educational resources for citizens.  The main aim of Tula Center is to improve the efficiency of the urban educational system with help of special courses, developed y ORT, for teachers and pupils of secondary schools. In collaboration with local administration and social organizations the center will develop and arrange some courses of qualification improvement for municipal workers, and also for unemployed and other destitute population groups. Above 1000 people a year will be able to take advantage of Tula Educational Technological Center services. It is planned that to 2007 the center will operate independently.  The HP participation in the project means:  It puts 50 computers at three Tula Educational Technological Center ICT-labs disposal. The products and technologies of HP will contribute the improvement of educational process efficiency and facilitate the development of studying-methodical materials, that are used in educational programs of the Center.  The financing of the current expenses during the firs three years.  Consulting and giving the opportunity of experience exchange with similar educational technological centers, created with help of HP all over the world.

About the «e-inclusion» of HP company  The innovation HP program «e-inclusion» that started in 2000, has a call to contribute a building of the future, in which everyone will have free access to technologies and informational resources for studying and work, and in this way to open the course to more wide social-economical opportunities.  The Tula Technological center works on a base of the school №55 autonomously, however the pupils of the school have lessons in the center. The Center works for only one year, that is why the pupils and the teachers use new technologies only on initial stage for independent group work in searching projects.

Physics in Russia. Still actual is the differential teaching of physics, i.e. from one side it fulfils everyone’s necessity, from the other provides with basic teaching. The contents of physical education in each concrete school includes either basic (invariant), or variant parts. The basic one is for personal pupil’s, teacher’s, school’s, region’s specialties marking. The invariant one is for solving of priority problems of physical education. The minimum of educational contents: The minimum of educational contents: 1. The subject of physics. 2. Experimental methods of nature studying. 3. The dimension of physical quantities. 4. The dimension error. 5. Graphic building. 6. The using of theories in studying. The main parts: 1. Mechanics. 2. Molecule physics. Thermodynamics. 3. Electrodynamics. 4. Atomic physics. Nuclear physics.

The pupils start studying all this in the 7th form and finish in the 11th. After school the scholar has to know the following: After school the scholar has to know the following:  the experimental method  the system of physical laws  the skill of working with school information.  The forms of progress level checking:  oral questioning  writing test  experimental tasks  tasks with answers choosing  creative answers–reports, announcements

 In Russia there are traditionally more technical high schools. Therefore physics has priority. Surely it was defined historically. The USSR needed after the Second World War the technological break, that’s why specialists were mostly prepared in technological specialties.  Today our state has changed some purposes, but still there are enough technical high schools, therefore the physical education takes the leading positions. Specialists in physics from Russia use actively the ICT.  It is very important to mould the pupil’s unusual mentality, by difficult level problems solving, participating in physical Olympiads, creative works, practical physics in schools by Kolmogorov, that have been teaching good specialists in physics.

There occur some difficulties in creative work’s making, material searching. There occur some difficulties in creative work’s making, material searching. In the city of Tula the technological center has been working for already one year; the pupils can not demonstrate high level in ICT using, but HP gives them the following possibilities: In the city of Tula the technological center has been working for already one year; the pupils can not demonstrate high level in ICT using, but HP gives them the following possibilities: 1. to study technologies by themselves 2. to consolidate the knowledge in physics 3. to find the material in the Internet 4. to make it in form of multimedia presentations.

The introducing of the master– class  The topic: «Electric-magnetic waves» is studied in the 11th form. For this theme there are 10 lessons.  On the first lesson I say to the pupil that the electric- magnetic waves studying has enormous practical application in life of the humanity, moulds the mentality and the world-outlook in pupils. That is why I offer to finish the studying of this topic not in the traditional way, but in way of the creative conference–lesson: «The development of the connection remedies in the country».

The final lesson with the topic: electric – magnetic waves The first part of the lesson. The development of the radio. The first part of the lesson. The development of the radio. 1. Popov A.S. – the inventor of the radio, scientist’s biography, patriotism. 2. The practical task. The contents of the radio. 3. The role of the radio in the second world war. The defense of our country. 4. Summaries of the Soviet Inform Bureau in voice of Jury Levitan. 5. The future of the radio in medicine, army of the present time. The exploring of the space, in common life. The second part of the lesson. The development of television. The second part of the lesson. The development of television. 1. The inventions of the twentieth century, TV development, TV successes 2. Television on transport, in medicine, in space.

I think, such form of the lesson helps pupils to use the opportunities of ICT The main aim of the lesson is to: The main aim of the lesson is to: 1. create the knowledge of different connection remedies. 2. introduce the history of the radio and the television. 3. continue the advancement of the skill to work with the Internet, prepare some information, reports. 4. Form all this as multimedia presentations.
