Northbrook is Title I  How did we become a Title I Campus?  Based on the number of Students who qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch in the School District.  At Northbrook in the School year, we had 65.6% of our students qualify.  What does this mean for our campus?  Title I is a federal program designed to help students who need additional support in Reading or Math—not only students who qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch.  We receive federal funds because of our Title I status.  At Northbrook, Title I money is used to fund 3 teachers: Our Math Specialist, our Reading Specialist, and our Literacy Coach.

Title 1 Compact  Designed to set expectations for a life time of successful learning  Written by teachers and parents at this school  Needs to read TOGETHER and discussed  MUST be signed by parents & students and returned the first week

Truancy will be filed on your student if they miss school excessively and the absences are not excused.
