Your paper should look like this: (next slide)

Tuesday, January 15 th 1.What type of information concerning policies and procedures do employees often extract from an internal business report? (LETTER OF ANSWER you think is correct Wednesday, January 16 th QUESTION OF THE DAY Name:___________

And the correct answer is…. (WRITE THIS DOWN! And NOT just the letter…the WHOLE correct answer – WRITE IT ALL!) A.Customer profiles B.Industry research data C.New personnel regulations D.Former local competitors

Why is this the BEST answer? New personnel regulations. (personnel = EMPLOYEES) Most businesses prepare a variety of internal reports that are intended to inform employees about changes in policies and procedures. These internal reports often explain new personnel regulations. If employees analyze the reports, they will be able to understand and comply with the new personnel policies and procedures. Businesses do not share customer profiles with all employees. Internal business reports concerning policies and procedures usually do not explain industry research data or list former local competitors. (INTERNAL vs. EXTERNAL information)
