Rhino project.

Rhino Rhino is a program where u can take a 2D object a make it 3D. Rhino allows you to rotate, break down, and design an object from scratch or a previous one you have already done.

Problem The problem of this assignment is that you have been hired to create a new night table for a local furniture company. They are looking for a distinctive design that will allow their product to stand out from the competiotion. It will be on sale for Christmas sale season so the design must be unique and offer something the competition does not. Your future employment as a furniture designer depends on a successful design. The problem of this assignment is that you have been hired to create a new night table for a local furniture company. They are looking for a distinctive design that will allow their product to stand out from the competiotion. It will be on sale for Christmas sale season so the design must be unique and offer something the competition does not. Your future employment as a furniture designer depends on a successful design.

Research the Problem I learned from the problem that I had to make a unique night table design for the furniture company that I work for. Also it is going on sale for the Christmas sale season and my job depends on it. I learned from the problem that I had to make a unique night table design for the furniture company that I work for. Brainstorms Before making my final design I went through 2 brainstorms. Before making my final design I went through 2 brainstorms. 1.One of them was my night stand would have 4 legs and 2 sets of draws on the bottom and one under the top of the stand, my lamp would be a cylinder with a sphere on top standing on a platform with a light switch. There would be a clock to the right of the night stand and books on the lower shelve. 2.

Select the best possible solution The second brainstorm design I chose because I thought It would be the best design to meet the needs of the problem and would be more successful. I think this because it’s a different and creative design that will catch the eye of many people. Construct a prototype

Test and Evaluate - Through out the time I was designing the night table I ran into some problems. Some of the problems were getting the size of the table and leveling it out, also attaching the legs to the top of the night stand. Finding the rendering of the night stand was the second problem I ran into because I was trying to make it look unique but something that could actually be made. I have one solution to both problems I ask a friend to look at the stand and see if they can see any imperfection or if they didn’t think it looked real.

Communicate the solution - The solution I can up with best meets the initial need or problem because you are seeing your own drawing from a different perspective of someone else. You think its right cause you have been staring at it, but if you bring someone in that has never seen it before than they can see different problems.

Final product My final product My final product As you can see I add more to my project then was needed. To the left of the table I put a tv and under it a table that would normaly hold the sound sytem. Also to the right I put a bed and behind that a window.

My Second Project. For my second project we had to create a Halloween monster or mask for a Halloween theme.

Problem The problem I was faced with was to make a scary mask of figure for our Halloween display. This could range from a full body object pumpkin of mask. Also it had to be done before Halloween and it had to be scary.

Brainstorms I had 2 possible brainstorm but only one of the I chose to work. My first brainstorm was to make a full body zombie whit its eyes popping out of his head, also with his arms falling off. Then I decided to scrap that and create a mask. I had 2 possible brainstorm but only one of the I chose to work. My first brainstorm was to make a full body zombie whit its eyes popping out of his head, also with his arms falling off. Then I decided to scrap that and create a mask.

Best solution I chose my 2 nd brainstorm. This is because I got into a lot of detail with it and I think It is something that will catch someone's eye. I also think this would be good for the project because its both scary and creative.
