Haïti case study Objectives of the CD Plan Main objective : improved capacity for efficient implementation of TB and HIV Grants to ensure universal access to health care. Specific objective 1 : Improved capacities of SRs in programmatic, financial, procurement and M&E implementation areas to ensure SR’s results in terms of indicator and financial accountability.
