Initial Actions Notify EC or DEC in each hospital ARES district about antenna project Ask them to provide local assistance in siting antenna and coax Provide list of EC or DEC contacts to DHR contractor (DataFM)
What’s Next? Assist DHR with bid spec. info for materials and installation labor Establish contact points for key hospital staff Meet with hospital leadership along with local EC or DEC to explain the program Work with DHR to determine what is needed at each hospital location
