HotLMS is intended to simplify everyday operations in a hotel environment, such as Front Desk Office work, Housekeeping work, Accounting work, Reservation handling and other useful tools for hotel management. HotLMS will be easy to use, will enhance productivity and will provide a better, real-time overview of your businesses state, not for the manager only, but for staff too. HotLMS will use group access policies, so front office workers for example won`t be able to see the accounting and won`t be able to give discounts, thus ensuring everything goes the way it meant to be. 4) Group Reservation & Travel Agency Support(*) Opportunity to book multiple rooms for multiple clients, useful for travel agencies, but also for hotel staff, because the client information, room layout, billing address, etc. will be introduced by Group Reservation User or Travel Agency. Easy overview of rooms grouped by Travel Agency, information of total rooms/TA, balance of TA towards the hotel.
