HCP/CDC advisory group- Phase 1 Prior to 31 August 2012-first meeting 15 August  Development of key design elements of the HCP and CDC to establish the required legal framework and to provide sufficient information for providers seeking to apply for packages in the Aged Care Approvals Round  Living Longer.
