Quad Chart Presentations Guidelines and Template

Guidelines 5 minute overview presentation of project/Spring plans. Followed by 5 minute Q&A session. Very brief explanation on project background and objective. (Just enough to familiarize new audience) Focus mainly on proposed plan Describe every point on the timeline in detail/how the team plans to meet these goals. Limit words in each quadrant and use large enough fonts for visibility Use quad chart as a “reference” while speaking during the presentation. If the team wishes to have an additional slide depicting an image that won’t fit on qc slide, that is acceptable

Objective:Background and Specifications Completed Tasks: Proposed Plan for the Spring: TEAM NAME and members Academic Advisor: NAME Sponsor:NAME The team’s one sentence problem statement Consider adding a visual Bulleted information of key steps in design clinic process completed Visual image or schematic of a completed part or section of the overall design General information that everyone can understand about the project Major design specs. to be accomplished by the team Visual timeline of tasks to be completed during the semester (NOT the same as the Gantt chart you include w/ your written proposal and project status reports) Connect tasks to key milestones and project deliverables (please do not include design clinic report and presentation deliverables)
