System Service Request Requires a person to or call to reserve a vehicle. Only a whiteboard to track reserved vehicles, with reservations being lost. Current on-line system does not link up the inventory of available vehicles. Poor customer service.

Security Requirements Secure link between client and server. Clients log in with OKEY user id and password. Employees log in with OKEY user id and password. Only employees in the department will have access to the database, accounting functions and reports. Administrator oversees employee access.
