Recruitment through the partners. Outreaches through ECOWAS, WAHO, Postgraduate Medical Colleges, West Africa Health Research Network (WARNET) Professional networks (SOGON, FIGO etc.) Regional student returning advocate Incentives i.e. accommodation, travel, conferences etc

International Accreditation & Quality Assurance Contract International accrediting body e.g. AIB (US), CIDMEF etc. (curriculum). Identification of appropriate accrediting bodies. Use Regional accreditation bodies (CAMES, CADMEF, WAHO, ECSA, etc.). Invitation of Internationally acclaimed scientists to participate and review programs
