IMPLICIT DIFFERENTIATION REVIEW NUMBERED HEADS TOGETHER

Steps for Numbered Heads Together  1. Everyone thinks about how to answer the question (room is quiet)  2. Everyone works on the problem individually, on their board, and boxes in their final answer (room is quiet). Stand when you are done (keeping your board to yourself).  3. Heads Together: When Everyone in the group is standing teammates share their answer. Discuss and teach if necessary so everyone knows how to solve the problem. Then the group sits down.  4. Who answers? Teacher will randomly call a number (1,2,3,4) if it’s your number you will stand. The teacher will decide how students will respond (one student, choral response)

Question 1  What is the main difference between Implicit Differentiation and just finding a ‘regular’ derivative?

Question 2  What is the formula for volume of a cone?

Question 3  Find the first and second line(step) ONLY for then stop:

Question 4  Find

Question 5  Find

Question 6  Using your answer to number 5 (already have ) find.

Question 7  What is the formula for  A) area of a circle  B) circumference of a circle  C) volume of a sphere

Question 8  Find

Question 9  Find
