OUTREACH and EDUCATION STATEWIDE  7,000 Earthquake Preparedness Textbook covers  2,000 Earthquake Preparedness posters  2,500 Magnetic pocket guides  2,700 Tri-fold Brochures/Guides  8,000 “Quake Safe” coloring books to be printed and distributed to elementary schools

UPCOMING PLANS/INITIATIVES

Participate in CAPSTONE 14  Program Manager and State Exercise Director to attend Initial Planning Conference in Indianapolis, IN  Funding used to support counties participating in the exercise

MITIGATION  Non-Structural Mitigation Project for select Elementary School  Museum Display for selected museum  Building Code Assessment  Seismic Safety Inspection/ROVER Analysis (GIS) for at least one High Risk County  Hazard/Risk Assessment
