Edgewood Behavior Expectations Jeopardy! Rules 1.Use Slideshow setting. 2.Divide the class into 2 teams 3.Establish the order to answer, pairing 2 students on each team so they can check with each other for answers. 4.After answering correctly, the team can select the next category and point value – though the other team will answer this question. 5.Allow 15 seconds to answer. If the “It” team cannot provide an answer, allow the other team to steal the points if they can answer. Use this Jeopardy! game to review behavioral expectations. Play the game on January 6 as a refresher of behavioral expectations.

Electronic devices you are not allowed to have out in school.

What are: Cell phones; Music devices; Electronic games; Video devices

Reasons why electronic devices are not allowed to be used in school.

What is: They are a distraction; They could get stolen or damaged

Possible consequences of going on restricted websites such as Facebook and Youtube while in school.

What is: Loss of computer privileges, detention, possible suspension

Three actions that are not acceptable while using the computers.

What is: Chewing gum; eating; drinking; going to inappropriate websites; changing computer settings; printing without permission; touching the monitor; sending to anyone other than the teacher

Is it ok to copy and paste text from the internet for a project or paper? Justify your answer.

No! Any information copied or used from a website needs to be properly cited in your resources so you are not plagiarizing or violating copyright.

What should you write down every day before you leave your classes?
