2 KEOPS KEOPS.Pack&Ship Desktop is a software toolkit you can integrate into your Warehouse Management System to :  Create your parcels  Print your labels and delivery sheets  Send your shipment instructions to Kiala It is part of the KEOPS solution set which will offer you two additional architectures:  The KEOPS.Track&Trace tool to follow parcels, check POD’s and increase the customer service  The KEOPS.Locate&Select to help your customers to find the nearest Kiala Points

4 The application With KEOPS.Pack&Ship Desktop application you will once a day :  Import files  Import files with parcels and customers data or create parcels manually ‘START of day’  Push ‘START of day’ button (Begin the period and synchronize with Kiala) Then 3 ways to print parcels :  In Scan and Print mode : scan each parcel one by one and create the labels  In Manual mode : print manually the labels one by one  In Automatic mode : automatically import and print labels in the order of the files ‘END of day’ Push ‘END of day’ button (Finish the period, synchronize with Kiala and print delivery sheets)

9 Basic requirements Be able to generate a text file with basic customer and parcel data extracted from your database (encoding : UTF-8) Have an internet connection to synchronize with Kiala’s data and send your shipment instructions Have a computer with Windows XP (or Vista), 1G of RAM, a standard scanner and a Zebra printer LP 2844-Z with parallel port LPT1
