I learned from this book that if you look past the unimportant things and work hard then you can achieve your goal.

Critical Thinking  I'm more able to think critically now because when we get study guides on stories, I have to think deeper and this improves my thinking skills because I take more out of the story, than just reading the story and not getting any information out of it.

Reading   I've become a better reader because our class read books and this made my reading speed improve because I’ve read more words and gotten used to the new words. Like during the story Romeo & Juliet, I didn’t understand the words because they were old English but now I can read them because I have experienced reading them.

Speaking   I've become a better speaker because our class has round tables which makes me think critically and also speak out for my opinion or fact. Also we present posters and speech’s and we have to speak out about it.
