Have you ever heard of the food pyramid?
The food pyramid is a chart to show the five group of the foods.
What foods do you see at the base or the bottom of the pyramid? Base or bottom
Breads, cereals, rice, noodles, potatoes etc.
In the next group you can see some fresh fruits and vegetables.
As you go up the pyramid, you find dairy products. Milk Cheese Yogurt Eggs Fish and meat Nuts
At the top of the pyramid Oil Sweets
