1 General Please do not change device settings and do not play around Handling of the touchscreen  If usage with stylus: Hold the stylus as vertically as possible  Tip the touchscreen shortly and with normal pressure  Don‘t put your hand/finger on the display Device on/off  Device dependent position of the power button  Only turns the display on/off (no data will be lost)  When not in use the display gets dark after approx. 30 sec.  press the power button In case of questions/problems or if the text is displayed in an unknown language please report

2 General Instructions Next Back Often there is an information as an introduction for a question. Read out the information and click on "Next". Don't click on the button "Menu". If it happens, click on "Close" to leave the menu. Help: if help is available, a bulb is shown. Click on bulb for help text.

10 Chapter Overview - Navigation Completed chapters are marked with “Next“ = continue in questionnaire (usually only when ALL chapters have been completed) "Back" = return to previous question (the question before this chapter overview)

11 Chapter Overview - Check Chapters are checked for completeness Incomplete chapters are shown and can be directly chosen for processing „Ignore incomplete sub-chapters“ only in exceptional cases!
