A Compelling Biblical Vision Developing and delivering a compelling vision begins with God’s Word and ends with a mental picture of what God intends to accomplish in the future. God called Moses to lead His people out of slavery in Egypt (an undesirable situation indeed!) to a preferred future - a land of their own. The vision originated with God, was given to Moses and was delivered to the leaders of the Israelites.
