Requirements for the group  Must have:  Experience with Java or C++  Attitude towards achieving results far beyond just passing the course  Nice to have:  Experience in Flex/Actionscript/Flash and PHP  One person with competence in usability analysis and user interface design  One person with insight into managing community based services in the web
