Share an Outlook calendar with other people You can share calendar information with other people by using Microsoft Outlook 2010 in three ways: 1.Send it by 2.Share it with others 3.Publish a calendar online Outlook How-Tos

Send a Calendar by To send a calendar by 1.On the Home tab, in the Share group, click Calendar. 2.In the Calendar box, click the calendar that you want to send. 3.In the Date Range box, click the time period that you want the calendar to show. 4.Enter or select any other options that you want, and then click OK. Share a Calendar To share your calendar with another Exchange user: 1.On the Home tab, in the Share group, click Share Calendar. 2.In the Sharing Invitation that appears, enter the person who you want to share with in the To box. 3.Enter or select any other options that you want, just as if you were sending an message. 4.The recipient sees an notification that you have shared your calendar. You can also request that the recipient share his or her Exchange Calendar with you. 5. Create and edit a Contact Group (formerly a distribution list) A Contact Group, known in previous Outlook versions as a distribution list, is a grouping of addresses collected under one name. A message sent to a Contact Group goes to all recipients that are listed in the group. You can include Contact Groups in messages, task requests, meeting requests, and in other Contact Groups. Create a Contact Group 1.In Contacts, on the Home tab, in the New group, click New Contact Group. 2.In the Name box, type a name for the Contact Group. 3.On the Contact Group tab, in the Members group, click Add Members, and then click From Outlook Contacts, From Address Book or New Contact. 4.If you are adding a new contact, enter the information for the person in the Add New Member dialog box. 5.If you are adding a member from Outlook Contacts or an Address Book, do the following: 6.In the Address Book drop-down list, click the address book that contains the addresses that you want to include in your Contact Group. 7.In the list of names, click the names that you want, and then click Members. You can add names from different address books to the same Contact Group. 8.Do this for each person whom you want to add to the Contact Group, and then click OK. 9.The Contact Group is saved in your Contacts folder under the name that you give it. Create a Contact Group from a list of names in an ! 1.In the message that you want to copy the names from, click the names in the To or Cc box. 2.Right-click your selection, and then click Copy. 3.In Mail, on the Home tab, in the New group, click New Items, then click More Items, and then click Contact Group. 4.In the Name box, type a name for the Contact Group. 5.On the Contact Group tab, in the Members group, click Add Members, and then click either From Outlook Contacts or From Address Book. 6.At the bottom of the Select Members dialog box, in the Members box, right-click, and then click Paste. Add a Contact Group you received from someone When you receive a message that includes a Contact Group that you want to use, you can save it to your Contacts. 1.Open the message that contains the Contact Group. 2.In the To or Cc box, right-click the Contact Group, and then click Add to Outlook Contacts. Add or delete a name in a Contact Group In Contacts, open the Contact Group. Note: In list views, Contact Groups are marked with the Contact Group icon. Do one or more of the following: Add an address from an address book or a contacts folder 1.On the Contact Group tab, in the Members group, click Add Members, and then click From Outlook Contacts or From Address Book. a)In the Address Book drop-down list, click the address book that contains the addresses that you want in your Contact Group. b)Browse for the name that you want, or type it in the Search box. 2.In the Name list, click the name, and then click Members. Do this for each person whom you want to add to the Contact Group, and then click OK. Add an address that is not in a contacts folder or an address book 1.On the Contact Group tab, in the Members group, click Add Members, and then click New Contact. 2.Type the information for the address, and then click OK. Insert a picture or clip art 1.In an open message, on the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click Clip Art. 2.In the Clip Art task pane, in the Search for text box, type a word or phrase that describes the clip art that you want, or type all or some of the file name of the clip art. 3.To narrow your search, do one or both of the following: a)To limit the search results to a specific collection of clip art, in the Search in box, click the arrow and select the collection you want to search. b)To limit the search results to clip art, click the arrow in the Results should be box and select the check box next to Clip Art. 4.In the Clip Art task pane, you can also search for photographs, movies, and sounds. To include any of those media types, select the check boxes next to them. 5.Click Go. 6.In the list of results, click the clip art to insert it. Outlook How-Tos

Insert a picture from a webpage 1.Drag the picture that you want from the webpage into an open message. If you drag a picture that is linked to another web page, it is inserted in your message as a link instead of an image. To avoid this: 1.Press ALT + Print Screen 2.Switch to your message and press CTRL + V. 3.Grab the CROP tool. 4.Crop the photo. Outlook How-Tos

Insert a picture from a file 1.In an open message, on the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click Picture. 2.Browse to locate the picture that you want to insert. 3.Click the picture that you want and then click Insert. Note By default, Microsoft Outlook embeds pictures in a message. You can reduce the size of a file by linking to a picture. 4.In the Insert Picture dialog box, click the arrow next to Insert, and then click Link to File. Outlook How-Tos
